Regulations:
Outbound Calls
At the beginning of all outbound calls, our staff will clearly state on whose behalf they are calling and the reason for the call. If the prospect does not wish to continue, the call will be immediately, but politely ended.
Hours
Outbound calls are made between 9am and 5pm, unless otherwise agreed.
Waiting Times
Unless the volume of inbound calls is higher than expected, callers can expect to be answered immediately.
Data Protection
Prospective clients will be advised of any purpose for which the data will be used.
Confidentiality
Calls may be monitored and recorded for training purposes and quality assurance.
